CONTOUR CUTTING
After printing, many images, both on rolls and boards, require cutting along a contour which can be of any shape. Regardless of whether they are PVC stickers or a foam board display, all materials can be shaped in the shape desired by you.
LAMINATION
In many cases it is required that the images printed on a self-adhesive PVC film to be protected from mechanical damage. This is a must in automotive graphics and floor stickers, and recommended for all other application of the PVC film.
DRY MOUNTING
With the appearance of direct flatbed printing machines, the need of mounting the printed roll of self-adhesive PVC film on a board is now reduced. Despite that, dry mounting is still used, especially in the case of boards with a bigger or non-standard size.
SEWING AND GROMMETING
Most of outdoor advertising is done on flex vinyl. In order to be hung on the respective spot (billboard, facade, fence, etc.), "pockets" are sewn along the edges of the banner, with or without grommets on it.
